Draft SOW Review & Product Engagement

This draft Statement of Work (“Draft SOW”) and associated cost estimate are preliminary and provided for planning purposes only. The Draft SOW will be reviewed internally by MagellanXR’s product team. A member of the product team will contact the Client to further refine scope, experiences, assumptions, and requirements.

Final SOW Acceptance & Initial Payment (30%)

No design, development, or production work will begin until the final Statement of Work (“Final SOW”) and final cost estimate are accepted in writing by the Client and the initial payment equal to thirty percent (30%) of the total project cost is received. The initial payment is applied against total project fees, is earned upon commencement of work, and is non‑refundable once work has begun.

Development Payment (50%)

A development payment equal to fifty percent (50%) of the total project cost is due upon completion of design and prior to the commencement or continuation of software development activities. MagellanXR will not proceed with development work until this payment has been received in full.

Final Payment & Public Activation (20%)

The final payment equal to twenty percent (20%) of the total project cost is due upon completion of development and prior to any public activation, deployment, or go‑live of the experience. No experience will be made publicly accessible until all outstanding amounts are paid in full.
